KLA Originals one of a kind up-cycled jackets are whimsical, wearable art sweaters.  There are many different designs including Long Carousal Jackets, Shorter Pixie Coats, Hoodies, cardigans, Faerie Folk-wear, Elvenwear, dresses and many more.  All are hand made by award winning Kamloops artists Kirsten Atkins.  Using recycled sweaters Kirsten creates each one-of-a-kind wearable art like no other.  She is inspired by nature and all the colours within.

The long Jackets are knee to floor length with 4 to 7 hems while the pixie jackets have 1 to 3 unique hems.  They are complimented with a long stripy hood that comes to a point.

In addition to the many Jacket designs you can also find KLA Originals created many after unique handmade sweater by-products including Hats, Arm Warmers, Leg Warmers, Swants and some Childrenswear.  Scraps are used to stuff handmade pet beds, foot stools and decor pillows.  Recycled and new notions are used in the making of these products.
