Downtown Williams Lake does not automatically gather any personal information from you, such as your name, phone number, street or email address.

This information is only obtained if you supply it voluntarily, usually through contacting us via email or signing up for our newsletter.

Any personal information we ask you to provide is collected under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The information will only be used for the purpose of administering BIA services, informing you of our services and benefits, and for statistical purposes.

Tracking your Website Visit

We want this website to be as useful to you as possible. This location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and is used by Downtown Williams Lake and our partners and licensees to provide and improve location-based products and services.


Receiving App Push Notifications

Push Notifications are sent only to users who have chosen to opt into receiving such notifications. Mobile application users who do not wish to receive Push Notifications may opt out by disabling Push Notifications within the app’s settings.
