Public Art Grants

 

Williams Lake Public Art Committee is accepting applications from artists for public art grant funding.

One grant of up to $5,000 is being offered by City of Williams Lake for a public art project within the Williams Lake city limits.

One grant of up to $5,000 is being offered by Downtown Williams Lake for a public art project within the Downtown Williams Lake BIA boundaries.

These grants may awarded together or separately, per the judgement of the Williams Lake Public Art Committee.

These funds may be awarded for projects including, but not limited to, murals, sculptures, carvings, or other public art works designed to last and be on display for a period of 10 years or more.

The application deadline has been extended to April 15, 2024. Please click the button below for an application form, including a list of required information. Please note that all required information must accompany the application when it is submitted. It is the applicant’s responsibility to arrange for a location for the artwork to be installed before the application is submitted, and the property owner must sign the application form to show approval for the proposed location.
